Refund & Returns

All sales through PapiPep are final. Because our products are research materials that may be affected by handling, storage, or environmental exposure once they leave our control, and because we accept only non-reversible payment methods (Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrency), PapiPep does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns except in the limited circumstances below.

1. Non-Reversible Payments
Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed, recalled, or disputed once sent. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept that payment is final and that PapiPep has no ability to reverse a transaction on your behalf.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders Only
The sole exception to our final-sale policy: if your order arrives visibly damaged, or you receive the wrong item, you must report it to orders@papipep.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Reports made after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.

3. Resolution at Our Discretion
If a claim is submitted within the window and verified, PapiPep may — at its sole discretion — offer a reshipment or store credit. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, and refunds in the original payment method are not available given the non-reversible nature of Zelle, Cash App, and crypto.

4. What Is Not Covered
We do not accept claims for: buyer’s remorse, ordering mistakes, incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, delayed reporting beyond 48 hours, damage occurring after delivery, improper storage or handling after receipt, or any claim unsupported by photo documentation.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before payment is confirmed received. Once payment is confirmed and the order enters “Processing,” it cannot be canceled.

6. Disputes
Customers must contact us directly at orders@papipep.com before attempting any external dispute. Given the non-reversible nature of our accepted payment methods, formal chargeback mechanisms do not apply; attempts to fraudulently claim non-receipt or misrepresent an issue may result in a permanent ban from future orders.
