Are your products for human use?

No. All products sold by PapiPep are strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, or application of any kind.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. Certificates of Analysis are available for our products to support research verification. Contact us if you need a copy for a specific batch.

How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and complete checkout directly on the website. You’ll select Zelle, Cash App, or crypto as your payment method and receive instructions immediately. Your order moves to “Processing” once payment is confirmed received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, USDC). Payment instructions are provided automatically at checkout once your order is placed. Please note these payment methods are final and cannot be reversed once sent.

How is shipping handled?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS from Miami, Florida. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time on business days typically ship the same day. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We currently ship within the United States only.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free U.S. shipping on qualifying orders over $150.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we generally do not accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a missing item, contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve it. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
