PapiPep may, at its sole discretion, refuse, limit, cancel, or verify any order if we believe the purchaser is unqualified, has provided inaccurate information, or may misuse the products in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

3. Purchaser Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended research application and for ensuring that all handling, storage, testing, transport, labeling, and use comply with applicable laws, regulations, and accepted laboratory practices.

By purchasing from PapiPep, you represent that you are knowledgeable about:

8. Refunds and Returns

PapiPep reserves the right to evaluate claims individually and to deny refund or replacement requests where the facts do not satisfy the applicable policy, including where misuse, improper storage, unauthorized handling, or purchaser error may have contributed to the issue.
